Project Highlights
This project was a design/build project of an existing staff lounge and lobby area. Our team renovated this area to become a larger lobby which provides a more formal and inviting space.
This was an occupied space renovation, and specific steps were taken to keep the clients day-to-day operations functioning with limited distractions from ongoing construction. Particular care had to be taken to keep the site clean and safe at all times, therefore ensuring the safety of staff, residents and visiting family members.
