Project Highlights
This project included an extensive renovation to an existing 3000 square foot home according to this discerning client’s design requests. This custom built home underwent a complete rehab, and in the process converted a two car garage into an additional 500 square feet of living space. This additional living space has been transformed into a great room and wet bar with views of Narragansett Bay. Specific project highlights include one bedroom, three fireplaces, two indoor kitchens, one outdoor kitchen, one and a half baths, one master bath, a living room, dining room, great room, walk-in closets, sitting room and car port.
