Project Highlights
This 2,800 sq ft, hand tailored new construction home was completed in 6 months. It features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 9 foot ceilings and white oak hard wood flooring throughout the entire first floor.
In the dining room we designed and created a custom walnut inlay in the hardwood floor which is complemented by the custom raised wood paneling and tray ceiling with led accent lighting. The first floor lavette is adjacent and its honey onyx stone is warm and inviting.
Our team has created a great chef’s kitchen with handmade cherry cabinets, pot filler above the stove and 2 sinks (one with a garage disposal and the other located in the large center island). The entire kitchen offers an open view of the beautiful Ledgestone gas fireplace.
The handmade crown moldings were specifically designed for this project. Each one of the 3 piece crown moldings were milled out of raw material.
The custom made stair case caries you upstairs to the bedrooms, laundry room, second bathroom and master bedroom. The master en suite features a gas fire place with custom handmade mantel, surround sound, his and hers walk in closets, master bath with steam shower, glass mother of pearl, and travertine mosaic accent wall tile.
This project is finished off with energy saving LED recessed lighting, open cell foam insulation in the walls and floors, designer roof shingles by GAF, a brick entrance, a maintenance free 16x18 PVC deck / railing system and maintenance free exterior.
